Every doc, filed for you
It reads your inbox, names each attachment, and drops it in the right deal folder — automatically.
AI back-office for real-estate agents
CloseCadence files every document, tracks every compliance step, and lays your whole pipeline out on one quiet dashboard — working in the background so nothing slips and you stay present for the work that actually closes.
What it does
Documents scattered across email and three platforms. No single view of where each deal actually stands. And the one that really hurts — a disclosure missed, a timeline quietly blown. You can’t afford a full-time transaction coordinator, and a generic CRM doesn’t know your state’s forms or your brokerage’s required-document list.
CloseCadence is the back office you’d hire — running quietly, on a schedule.
It reads your inbox, names each attachment, and drops it in the right deal folder — automatically.
A live board of everything you’re carrying, with the next action on each one already surfaced.
Each deal is checked against your brokerage’s standard. Missing a required doc shows up before it’s a problem.
The Command Center
The board above is one setup. You tell us what your day actually looks like and we build around it — your panels, your workflow, your brand. Two more, themed differently:
Leads, listings, and follow-up in one place — the growth side of the business, organised.
Production, pipeline, and a content engine — deals, income, and on-brand video in one view.
How it works
A clean folder per transaction, named by address — so every document has an obvious home.
On a schedule, it reads your inbox, files each attachment, and checks every deal against your compliance standard.
Your Command Center reads the result and lays it out — pipeline, compliance, what’s due — at a glance.
The front end is deliberately simple. The work happens in the background — which is exactly what makes it reliable.
Pick 5
Your board is built from a menu. Start with the five that move your business — add more as you grow. Ask your Command Center is always on.
The hero panel — every deal, every required doc, every deadline.
What hit your inbox, sorted by deal and urgency.
Who has signed, who you’re waiting on.
The next thing due on each deal, in one list.
The running thread on each client, never lost.
Pipeline and paid — off by default, on when you want it.
New leads and the ones going cold.
Status, content, and what’s overdue.
“Just sold,” market updates, seller summaries.
Nudge the happy ones at the right moment.
Tell us what keeps costing you time. We’ll show you the board on your own deals and exactly what a setup looks like.
Who you’re working with
Morgahn runs front of house. Conor runs back of house.
The real-estate side — and the person you’ll actually talk to. Morgahn comes from sales and client work: she knows the forms and the market, figures out the board you need, and runs your setup herself — wiring your inbox, confirming the required-document list with your brokerage, and getting your live deals on the board.
The engineering side. Conor comes from software and automation: he builds and runs everything behind your board — the hourly sync, your compliance standard, the dashboard, the add-ons. When a form or a rule changes, he updates it so every board stays correct.
Questions, answered
No. There’s nothing to install and no logins to manage — we set the whole thing up with you in one session, and from then on you just open your board.
Yes. It plugs into the Gmail, Google Drive, and e-signature tools you already work in. You don’t switch anything.
We build a standard to your brokerage’s required-document list, and the board checks every deal against it — so a missing disclosure or a slipping timeline shows up before it costs you.
It runs on your own accounts and you own all of it. The dashboard only shows what’s already been filed for you; nothing is sold or shared.
It depends on how much you want on the board and whether you’re solo or a team. We scope it on the setup call — no surprise pricing.
Most agents are live after one setup session. Larger teams take a little longer to wire every inbox.
